Very easy to transport, this travel mat weighs only 1 kg and can be folded or rolled up for storage inside a bag, backpack or suitcase.
In the centre of the mat is a line to support alignments, just follow it with your eyes if necessary.
Energy Travel can also be used in combination with another mat, e.g. if you are moving to new locations and will be going to a yoga centre, you can place it on top of the mat provided by the school, regaining the comfort and thickness of traditional yoga mats while ensuring hygiene and grip to suit your needs.
The polyester microfibre absorbs perspiration and dries quickly, the 100% natural rubber (latex) provides comfort during practice and ensures stability by staying firmly anchored to the ground.

The microfibre of this mat was selected for its technical characteristics and sustainability. It is, in fact, a recycled fabric, 100% free of PVC and Phthalates (Reach and Rosh certified).
When it's time to recycle your Energy, separate the two layers! The coloured fabric will go in the plastic, while the natural rubber you can recycle following the instructions of your local recycling centre.

At the beginning of your practice lesson, if your hands and feet are very dry, you can spray some water on the mat and immediately feel the grip of your mat. Microfibre is characterised precisely by its ability to increase grip in proportion to the moisture it absorbs (more sweat = more grip!).
In addition, we recommend that you use this mat without wearing shoes or non-slip socks. Before you start practising, always wash your hands and feet thoroughly to remove any residues of creams and oils that could stain the mat.
Take care of your mat and follow these simple but important tips:
when first used, dust the mat thoroughly with a damp cloth
before rolling and storing your Energy after use, wait until it is completely dry
fold the yoga mat only as long as necessary when transporting and leave it rolled up when storing at home
do not expose the mat to direct sunlight or heat sources, as this will degrade the natural rubber of the bottom layer and reduce the durability of the mat
after practice, if you have been sweating a lot, you can clean your Energy with a damp cloth and our ReClean mat cleaner or a mild detergent
for deeper cleaning you can wash the Energy mat in a washing machine with cold water and a gentle cycle without spin cycle. We recommend that you do this in an industrial washing machine to prevent the weight and friction of the mat from affecting the functionality of your domestic washing machine.

Arrivato nei tempi stabiliti, il tappetino è perfetto per le mie esigenze: essendo molto sottile si piega con facilità e si può mettere in uno zainetto, ottimo da portare in giro o in viaggio. Ha un ottimo grip soprattutto quando si suda molto.

Setoso e aderente
Semplicemente adoro questo tappetino che al tatto da asciutto è setoso e morbido ma non appena si inumidisce diventa super aderente antiscivolo. Sì piega e arrotola facilmente riprendendo la forma piana senza pieghe. Lo consiglio sia per viaggiare sia per gli spostamenti in città quando si pratica in centri che hanno già tappetini soffici in dotazione. Ho provato a lavarlo in lavatrice a 30° senza centrifuga ed è uscito perfetto.

Sono rimasta davvero sorpresa dal grip di questo tappetino, nonostante sia sottile, si sposta poco, ed e' perfetto da portarsi dietro considerando il peso e il fatto che si piega benissimo per essere trasportato anche in una borsa, senza doverlo tenere arrotolato. Si scivola un po' sul tappetino se non si e' a piedi nudi, cosa che non mi capita con l'altro tappetino piu' doppio che ho della stessa marca, ma in generale, consigliatissimo!

Ho acquistato questo tappetino per utilizzarlo in palestra o in viaggio. In palestra lo utilizzo sopra ad un altro tappetino (cosi è solo mio) , in viaggio lo ripiego in valigia o in una borsa e si puo' anche utilizzare da solo. Essendo molto basso va bene per lo yoga dinamico ma non per l'hata a meno che appunto non lo si metta sopra ad un altro tappetino più morbido. Ha una parte antiscivolo e una parte in microfibra, morbidissima ed eccezionale, il tappetino profuma e il disegno è semplicemente fantastico. Durante le lezioni, più di una persona e anche qualche insegnante mi hanno fatto i complimenti per la sua bellezza. Personalmente devo dire che l'acquisto ha superato le mie aspettative e vale assolutamente il suo prezzo. Ovviamente ho anche un secondo tappetino non da viaggio sempre della stessa tipologia e anche quello è fantastico.
